Your information.
Your choices.

Long Ashes Cigar Club collects the details you choose to submit for membership inquiries, member record updates, and club administration.

How your details are used

Submitted details are stored for authorized council administrators to review. A submission does not automatically activate an account or publish a directory entry. Directory contact and biography visibility follow your selected preferences.

Communication preferences

Email, text, and WhatsApp preferences are optional. Submitting this form does not automatically enroll you in a messaging service. Club communications currently take place in its WhatsApp group.

Account access

Accounts are created using council-issued invitations. Members sign in to access the directory and partner lounge details. Session cookies maintain that sign-in. The public site also remembers age confirmation on your device.

Payments

Dues are currently handled through Square. This website does not collect or store credit card numbers. Event payment links, when provided by the council, open Square separately.

Requests and corrections
